We are really glad that we did a DMIT biometric test for our son. To be frank, we were initially reluctant as it sounded too good to be true. However, when we met Mr. Santosh Hariharan all our doubts were cleared, he walked us through all the process and patiently answered all our questions. After we got the result in 3 days, Mr. Santosh walked us through the complete result thoroughly and we discussed all aspects in very much detail. As I learnt that Mr. Santosh Hariharan. my erstwhile training manager is starting his own training organization – SH Development Academy, I was definitely sure, that it’s his area of excellence and will definitely transform many aspirants. Santosh Sir remains as the best trainer I have ever met so far in my career. I have wonderful memories of the various training sessions which he had conducted with us managers. He always practiced a unique way of delivering his sessions, because what ever learning we had from him, it is more solid and still intact in my memories.
