From frontline sales to global HR, he’s worked across leading MNCs including Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Torrent, Zydus, Merck Serono, and Emcure. He’s seen what separates people who thrive from those who just survive.

Today, as a Certified Jack Canfield Trainer and Success Mindset Coach, Santosh channels three decades of real-world experience into one mission: helping people unlock their peak potential — before life forces them to figure it out the hard way.
