The founder of SH Development Academy, Santosh Hariharan, is a self-made professional who has worked his way for 30 years in the ever-competitive corporate world, having served with MNCs like CIPLA, Dr.REDDY’S LABS, TORRENT, ZYDUS, MERCK SERONO & EMCURE, across functions like sales management, sales training and global business HR.
Mr. Santosh credits his success to his esteemed seniors and managers, who have trained him and given loving guidance to climb the milestones to success.
Today, Mr. Santosh Hariharan who is also a certified JACK CANFIELD Trainer, has donned the role of a success coach and mind power expert. He has founded the SH Development Academy as a beacon of hope to millions of students and young professionals who need expert guidance to realise their peak potential and give outstanding performances in all aspects of their lives.

As a Success Mindset Coach, he helps people in developing their mindset, using mind power techniques and DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test).He empowers kids and teenagers to unleash their true potential and reach their goals by improving their self-awareness and self-esteem.
